If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1.2 Nature of the Platform
Dairyverse Academy is an online agricultural education platform that enables:
• Third-party Tutors to publish and monetize educational courses related to livestock, crop farming, agribusiness, and agricultural technology.
• Students to enroll in, purchase, and complete agricultural training programs.
2. Accounts & Registration
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent to create an account and purchase courses.
Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Instructor & Tutor Policy
3.1 Monetization & Revenue Split
Revenue Share: Tutors retain 60% of the net revenue generated from the sale of their respective paid courses.
Platform Retention: Dairyverse Agritech Ltd retains 40% of total transaction fees to cover cloud infrastructure, video hosting, platform maintenance, customer support, and payment gateway processing fees.
Payout Schedule: Earnings are calculated on a monthly cycle and disbursed to Tutors via designated payout channels (e.g., Mobile Money/Bank Transfer) subject to minimum payout thresholds and refund clearance periods.
3.2 Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: Tutors retain ownership of the core intellectual property (IP) and instructional materials they create and upload.
Platform License: By publishing content on Dairyverse Academy, Tutors grant Dairyverse Agritech Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, market, and distribute the content across the Platform and promotional channels.
3.3 Quality & Compliance Standards
Tutors represent and warrant that all uploaded content:
Is original or properly licensed.
Does not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
Contains accurate, safe, and professional agricultural guidance.
4. Student & Enrollee Policy
4.1 Course Access & License
Upon purchasing a course, Students receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to view the course content for personal or internal professional training. Video downloads, unauthorized sharing, re-selling, or redistribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Payments & Pricing
Course prices are established in collaboration with Tutors and displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways integrated into dairyverseacademy.com.
4.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Goods Notice: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital courses, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Eligibility: A full refund may be issued if the Student has consumed less than 20% of the course content and demonstrates technical issues preventing access. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Dairyverse Agritech Ltd support.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
Platform Trademarks: The Dairyverse Academy logo, brand design, layout, and software code remain the exclusive property of Dairyverse Agritech Ltd.
Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not reverse engineer, scrape, upload malicious code, or use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or abusive activities.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Educational Guidance Only: Agricultural practices, veterinary advice, livestock management protocols, and feed formulations provided on the Platform are for educational purposes. Users should consult qualified local veterinary and agronomic professionals for field-specific execution.
Warranty Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: Dairyverse Agritech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform or reliance on course content.
7. Privacy Policy Overview
Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process transactions, deliver courses, manage accounts, and communicate updates (e.g., name, email address, payment details).
